1997-4: Mr. Bob Novello, President of Copeland, paid another visit to Shenyang Copeland on April, 1997. He expressed              his congratulations to the employees.
1997-3: Systematic transformation of the workshop completed and standardized management was implemented in              October, 1997. On October 29, L model compressors were officially built in Shenyang Copeland.
1997-2: Company organization was adjusted on August 15, 1997, 23 employees entered into the medium management              team.
1997-1: The first Board Meeting was held on June 17, 1997. Warren Williamson left his post for home and S.T. Yeo              succeed as the General Manager.

1996-3: Mr. Bob Novello, President of Copeland, paid a visit to Shenyang Copeland on October 25, 1996, He expressed              his full confidence to the development of Shenyang Copeland.
1996-2: Office building and workshop were renovated in June, 1996 and put into operation in October.
1996-1: On March 24,1996, 248 employees from China Partner-Shenyang No.1 Refrigeration Machine works were              transferred to Shenyang Copeland, Mr. Warren Williamson , the General Manager, and Mr. Zhou Gang, the              President and concurrently the Assistant General Manager, convened a whole staff conference. Shenyang              Copeland started to operate officially.
1995-3: On December 20, 1995, after being approved by and registered in the State Administration for Industry and              Commerce of the P.R.C., Shenyang Cop-
eland obtained its business license and was permitted to operate.
1995-2: Mr. Zhou Gang, Director of Shenyang No.1 Refrigeration Machine Works-China Partner, and Mr. Ajeet Singn,              President of Copeland Asia & Pacific,were on the signing ceremony.
1995-1 : Contract Signing Ceremony of Shenyang Copeland Refrigeration Co, Ltd. was held in Shenyang New World              Hotel in December 8, 1995.
